Delbert Brogdon III was born on October 30, 2006 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the son of Bro. Delbert Brogdon Jr. and Evangelist LaTanya Brogdon. Delbert is the oldest of three children in the Brogdon family, which include Levi and Brendan Brogdon.
Delbert received the Holy Ghost on November 30, 2018. He shares his talents and serves at Christ Temple by playing the baritone in the Children’s Orchestra, sings tenor in the Children’s Choir, and serves as a Youth Usher. There are many Saints that are a great inspiration for Delbert and whom he wanted to thank for helping him receive the Holy Ghost! They include: Evangelist Shirley Smith, Evangelist Portia O’Neal, Sis. Miriam Starks, and Sis. Sharice Carter. “Sis. Kyeisha Quick, Sis. Tameka Meeks, and Sis. Marlena Jacobs also helped me get on the right path of my spiritual journey,” Delbert exclaimed. These saints have really left a great mark on Delbert, allowing him to seek God on his own spiritual journey to Christ.
Delbert is currently in the sixth grade at Brownsburg East Middle School, having the accomplishments of being on the A Honor Roll and receiving the Presidential Award for Exceptionally Academic Students. After Delbert graduates from high school with his consistent 4.0 GPA, he hopes to one day become a scientist. Delbert enjoys basketball, Gateway Technology, Boy Scouts, video games, and band class at school. His favorite scripture is John 3:16. Delbert’s favorite quote is one from Sis. Aletha Howard, who declared during a Radical Awesome Worship (R.A.W.) service, “Trust is the faith and honesty is the truth.”
